Numbah Tw0.

Oh sigh.
I love the justifications "I'm a mother" and "Because I say so."
Evidentally, I can't get started on my Dianetics course because my mom won't let me make a 30 minute drive to Northridge. Harumph.
She really needs to let go. I mean, I will be gone starting September, and if she can't learn to trust me driving while I'm still under her roof, I can't imagine she'll be sleeping too well at night thinking of me driving off in a new city with new friends and no experience.
So far, she only lets me drive to and from school, and between NP/TO for myself, sometimes to Westlake if she needs me too, sometimes to the 23 if she needs me too, never into Camarillo or territories beyond.
I won't get any experience with this kind of attitude. |=
It's really rather annoying. And I'm trying not to be frusterated, but she uses fairly lame justifications that ususally begin with "I don't know" and end with "because I said so."

I appreciate my mom's worry, but I don't understand it.
Double sigh.
